Automating the Defense: Executing at the Speed of the Adversary
This presentation by Michael Vermilye of the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory will focus on the benefits of accelerating aspects of cybersecurity to defend the enterprise against the current generation of threats. The steps to determine what to accelerate, through automation and product orchestration, will be outlined along with the questions and discussions that need to be asked and occur for success. For the automotive industry this is critical as it is currently a very distributed network of suppliers while adding the vehicles that are now aware and active endpoints.The presentation will provide pointers to resources and primers to assist adoption.
